Learn how to stretch safely in a friendly, mixed-level class, focusing on improving range of motion and strength.  This class focuses on Ki-Hara resistance stretching to warm and limber up the muscles, followed by a few modified yoga stretches.  You do not need to be able to touch your toes- this class is for all levels.  You will leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and balanced.

 

Self Stretching

Learn how to stretch safely in a friendly, all-level class, focusing on improving range of motion and strength.  This class focuses on Ki-Hara resistance stretching to warm and limber up the muscles.  You will learn the basic stretches, balancing muscle systems, as well as a bit of functional anatomy to help you develop your own personal stretch routine.  This class is great for those new to stretching/exercise, athletes, those who are totally inflexible, and the hypermobile people too!

This all levels flow class is great for improving strength, balance, flexibility, and serenity.  You will move through traditional poses and series, incorporating breath, mindfulness, core work, and relaxation.   The friendly neighborhood and atmosphere creates a warm environment where all are welcome, including a regularly attending service dog.

All levels class focuses on increasing flexibility and range of motion.  Movement of the breath through the various positions helps increase mind/body connection.  This class follows many traditional yoga poses but also incorporates a few new twists and maybe even a foam roller.  You’ll leave feeling calm but with an extra little skip in your step.
